Allow us a moment to celebrate.
To take joy in the good that has happened,
Is happening,
And Will happen.

Let us celebrate in major and minor ways
For all are worth acknowledgement.

We celebrate progress,
The recognition of Juneteenth as a national holiday.
May we rejoice with the realization
That there is much yet to be done.

We celebrate openness,
The love shown in pride month
For our lgbtqia+ family.
May we see that all are created in your image
That all have a seat of honor.

We celebrate our community
Individuals who are finding peace
Finding release from religious trauma.
May we expand to welcome and encourage
diverse voices be heard and heralded.

We celebrate mystery,
The fullness and depth of your love
In ways we cannot fathom.
May we embrace the unknown
That you might expand our faith.
