Injury and Pardon
...is a collection of writings centered around the goal of following in the footsteps of Saint Francis of Assisi by addressing the problems faced within the church and ourselves (injury), and finding the beauty within the ugliness that points to a need and desire for grace and mercy (pardon).
The Author
I live in Louisville, KY. As a former staff member at a non-denominational church and the former director of a faith-based non-profit organization, I've been on the "inside" of Christian faith for a long time and seen a lot of reasons to be discouraged by the church.
But I believe in the life, love, and message of Christ, and still feel drawn to serve and live a simple faith.
