God,
You set us on a path,
And you have allowed us to journey with you.

Yet,
Many of us find ourselves in moments
Where we can feel stuck.
Not sure which way to go,
No sign of an open door ahead.

Lord, that can be very true for us
In this time of deconstruction,
Of searching for a way out,
Of seeking you rather than the structure
We feel bound within. 

So light our path to find you.
Illuminate us to where you are,
To where you’re leading,
To where you’re going.

Free us from the trauma of feeling trapped
Within the labyrinth of corridors
That man has built up around our faith.

God, break down walls and let us find freedom on your strong foundation.
Jesus, rip the curtains that keep us from your holy of holies.
Spirit, be a lamp to our feet as we step into the unknown.
