God,
You make all things new.

New hope.
New life.
New days.

Days like today.
As dawn breaks we also desire
A new dawning within your church.

We who are on this journey of
Deconstructing our faith,
Deconstructing the systems,
Deconstructing the doctrines,

Aren’t looking to close
the book on our faith in you.

Or your plan.
Or Jesus’ love.
Or Spirit’s power.

In fact,
We believe we are on the edge
Of a new day.

A revival of the foundations
A revival of embracing the mystery
A new day when ALL are welcomed.

So God,
Let this be a new day for this community,
For our faith in you.
For our journey with you.

God,
Make all things new.
